At this stage, which is also called the meat shredding line; First, half and quarter carcasses are distributed on the table for processing, stripping and shredding to the meat processing/deboning line. Pieces from the table at the beginning of the meat processing line are transported to the butcher's tables by means of an automatic conveyor. After the meat is scraped, the automatic transfer of the bones to the bone collection car is provided by the belt. Automatic belts ensure that meat, bones and pieces are transported along the line and to the meat collection tray. 
It is done on butcher's work tables lined up parallel to the meat cutting and deboning line. Tables can be designed according to different demands.  Automatic tray is the place where shredded and scraped meat is collected by automatic line for further processing and packaging.
