Food and Skin Band Conveyor

Head and Liver Conveyor
It is a system that provides automatic transportation of head and clean offal to the offal chambers. The conveyor passes around the necessary platforms (such as veterinary control, liver extraction platforms) and the organ pans connected to the conveyor are loaded and examined in the offal room by the personnel working on these platforms. 380 diameter special hanging pans are available. It is completely stainless material.
Head Washing Cabin
It is the cabin where the blood on the head of the cattle is cleaned after skinning.
Tripe and Intestine Cleaning Pan
It is the pan set in the offal room where the tripe is cleaned. The pan is inclined at an angle of 2 degrees in order to provide flow. The pan size is determined in line with the location of the facility and the customer's request .

Pneumatic Tripe Waste
Transfer System
It is a system designed to send the waste materials in the rumen to the point at the desired distance. Tripe waste is filled from the funnel-shaped section. During filling, the pneumatic valve located under the funnel is kept open. When the filled waste is wanted to be sent, the pneumatic valve is closed, the solenoid valve is opened and the process is carried out in a short time with compressed air. The piping of the Tripe Waste Tank is carried out according to the location of the facility. The whole system works automatically with sensors and PLC automation. It can also be operated manually.
Spiral Tripe Waste Transfer System
It is used for separating the aqueous rumen scum coming from the rumen waste tank and loading the solid scum to the tugboat.
