Which Personal Data Do We Process?

What are the Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data?

Your personal data is to carry out the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, to provide after-sales support services for products and services, to carry out our customer relations processes, to meet your demands and complaints, to carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by our Company, and accordingly. It will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the purpose of carrying out related business processes.

To Whom Your Personal Data Can Be Transferred For What Purposes?

How Long Is Your Personal Data Processed?

CEMSAN, in order to comply with legal requirements and fulfill legal actions, for the period required by the purpose of processing your personal data, as long as the law requires, or in cases where it may be necessary for CEMSAN to protect and use its rights in possible legal processes that may arise in the future, the relevant legal periods retains throughout. At the end of this period, the personal data of our customers will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by the Company.

Personal data processed for the purposes specified in CEMSAN's policy; When the purpose that requires it to be processed within the scope of KVKK disappears and the periods determined under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28 October 2017 and numbered 30224 and the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 expire, deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
