EXPRESS CONSENT DECLARATION UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Processing of Personal Data of Employee Candidates presented to your information by CEMSAN A.Ş. (''CEMSAN or ''Company'') in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (''KVKK'') and CEMSAN Within the framework of the Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data,

By CEMSAN as the data controller of personal data or by data processors authorized by taking the necessary security measures; For the purposes of fulfilling the rights and obligations of the Company in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and secondary legislation, as data controller, within any commercial relationship to be established, including, but not limited to, the rental and service relationship I have made with the Company; By the method of collecting physical-material or electronic media, verbally or in writing, by the human resources, IT and other relevant departments of the company or authorized data processors; all kinds of information I have provided to CEMSAN, including but not limited to the information I have given and/or the information I have obtained; It can be processed in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the KVKK, especially the principle of keeping it for the period required by the legislation or for the purpose for which it is processed; I accept and declare that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned issues and that I have given my express consent within the framework of KVKK.

Provided that this personal data is bound to the above-mentioned purposes, by the Company, with the persons and/or organizations permitted by the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and the secondary legislation, with other 3rd parties and legal authorities, the Company's main shareholder, direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates; It can be shared with the program partner, commercial business partner organizations, vendors/providers providing goods and/or services, domestic/foreign suppliers and/or subcontractors and other third parties, with whom the Company receives services, cooperates with, to carry out its activities under the operating license it has. I accept and declare that it can be processed and transferred in this direction and that I have my express consent in this regard.

However, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK and the relevant legislation; About myself by applying to the company; to learn whether personal data is processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data is transferred, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing , requesting the deletion or destruction of my personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of this data disappear, requesting that these correction and deletion requests be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, objecting to the emergence of a result against myself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems. I accept that I have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing and to demand these rights by applying to the Company in writing.

In addition, the personal data shared is accurate and up-to-date; I agree and declare that if there is a change in this information, I will notify the Company of the changes.

Related personal data (nationality, criminal conviction, and security measures information, blood type, health data, religion, sect and philosophical belief, biometric and genetic data, association, foundation and union membership, political opinion, etc.) I have my express consent to the processing of my personal data, to use and share it limited to the purpose of processing within the scope of the relevant process, to store it for the required period of time, and that I have been informed about this matter and that I have read and understood the Clarification Statement;
